Tax Resident is:
- A Company (legal entity) that has its registered office or place of management in the Republic of Bulgaria;
- An Individual who has a permanent address or resides for more than 183 days within the calendar year, whose center of vital interests is in the Republic of Bulgaria (for example, family, immovable property, economic or social interests).
