Transfer via Mobile Number iute P2P
The “Transfer via Mobile Number iute P2P” functionality is part of the payment services provided within the Myiute App. It enables you to initiate and receive transfers to and from individuals who have activated the service in Myiute App. To initiate a transfer, you only need to select the recipient’s mobile phone number from the Contact list on the device where the service has been activated. Using this functionality requires its explicit activation in your Myiute App. No IBAN account details are needed to send or receive funds.
What does it mean:
- If you allow your mobile phone number to be visible, other customers will be able to find you by your number (including country code) and send you funds quickly and easy.
- You retain full control over the ways in which others can find you.
Reasons to activate the service:
- Faster payments: When someone wishes to send you money, they will not need to know your IBAN account number.
- Smoother payments: Receiving funds becomes easier and more seamless.
How to adjust your settings:
- Go to Myiute → My Profile → Personal Data → Privacy Settings → Visibility.
- Under Visibility, enable or disable “Visible by phone number” and “Visible by name”.
- If you disable “Visible by mobile phone number,” your profile will not appear in the Contacts search by that number.
Note: To use the “Transfer via Mobile Phone Number iute P2P” service, you have to enable the option “Visible by mobile phone number”.
Important: You may activate or deactivate the “Transfer via Mobile Number iute P2P” service at any time and for any duration you choose.
