What is the iutePlus Loyalty Program?
IutePlus is our way of rewarding you for being an iute customer.
Earn Plus points for everyday actions, such as:
- paying your loan instalments on time
- getting insurance with your loan
- taking part in special campaigns
Use your Plus points to get discounts when shopping with instalments at participating Iute partners.
You can see how many points you have, find out where to use them, and discover new ways to earn more in the Myiute app.

Open the loyalty page
Tap your points and open the iutePlus Loyalty Program section to see your balance, rewards, and active offers.
Find a partner store
Browse the list of partner stores where you can use your Plus points. Choose a partner, visit the store, and use your Plus points directly at checkout when you shop.
Choose how many points to use
At checkout, enter the number of Plus points you would like to use.
Get a discount on your purchase
Your points are instantly applied as a discount to the price of your purchase when buying with credit.
Keep track of your points
View the full history of the Plus points you’ve earned and used. Keep making your loan repayments on time and shopping with our partners to collect even more Plus points.

How can I join the iutePlus Loyalty Program?
Anyone can join the iutePlus Loyalty Program! Simply download the Myiute app and register to become a member.
To start earning points, you’ll need to make transactions that qualify for Plus points.
All Iute customers will automatically become part of the Loyalty Program from 21 April 2026 and can view and use the points they have earned exclusively through the Myiute app.

How can I earn Plus points?
You can earn Plus points by making your loan repayments on time and each time you take out eligible credit with Iute.
You can also earn points by participating in special campaigns and limited-time promotions. Keep an eye on your notifications so you don’t miss these opportunities.
How do I know if I’m eligible for special campaigns where I can earn bonus Plus points?
Special campaigns and their eligibility requirements will be announced through the Myiute app, email, SMS, or phone.
To make sure you receive these updates, please check that you have agreed to receive marketing communications, enabled push notifications, and kept your contact details up to date.
Can I earn Plus points for loans taken out before 21 April 2026?
No. Only loans and eligible transactions made after the launch of the program can earn Plus points.
However, if you already have a loan, you can refinance it with a new loan and earn points for making your repayments on time. You can also increase the loan amount when refinancing and earn points on the additional amount.
How and where can I use my Plus points?
You can use your Plus points with participating Iute partners. More partners will be added soon, giving you even more places where you can use your points.
Plus points can only be used through the Myiute app.
How can I check my rewards balance?
You can see the Plus points you’ve collected in:
Myiute → My Profile → iutePlus Loyalty Program
You can also access the program directly through the link provided in the app.
Do my reward points expire?
Yes. Plus points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Why didn’t I receive points for my loan?
Points are earned when repayments on an existing loan are made on time.
Points are not awarded for discounted loans or for loans that are cancelled or declined before the funds are disbursed.
What happens if I refinance my loan?
If your loan is refinanced, the outstanding balance is transferred to the refinancing loan. You will continue earning points on both the refinanced amount and any additional amount borrowed.
I repaid my loan early. Why didn’t I receive rewards?
Loans that are repaid early do not earn rewards for instalments that were paid ahead of schedule.
